Despite some of the negative reviews here, I was pleasantly surprised with an excellent experience at Boot Barn. I came in looking for boots, but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Lahna was very attentive in helping me find a style and size that worked for me. She also helped me pick out jeans that I was happy with. The employees working the cash registers at checkout were also very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Boot Barn and will be back in the future.

No one greeted my husband and I when we arrived. The male associate was very helpful to my husband, but when we went to go look at the women's boots for me, the female associate with dark brown hair kept hovering over us, going on every isle we were on like we were going to steal something. Felt kind of rude in my opinion.

I ordered boots from the Alliance store and they were delivered to my home. I purchased these particular boots to go with an expensive dress I had picked out to wear for New Yrs Eve night with my husband. We went to the hotel to get ready. Went to get boots out of the box, and they sent the boots with the security sensor tag on them. Ruined my entire outfit and our dinner reservations. We had to drive and get another outfit. This night was also to be also a celebration night because I've lost over 100lbs and hubby and I have never been able to really go out for very long because before I was on oxygen 24/7. Now I am no longer on O2. BUT I went to the Alliance Boot Barn Tuesday January 2nd. Spoke to store mgr. (Didnt get his name) he was very understanding and apologized over and over. He took security tag off and gave me a % back off my boots to make it a little right. He was super nice under the circumstances. I will definitely shop at the Alliance store. Thank you Sir!

This happened at the Boot Barn in Alliance. I purchased the hat online and picked up just fine. The problem happened in trying to find out when the gentleman would be there that could shape and clean my new hat as well as my other 2 hats. I called 3 different times and was told by multiple females that the gentleman was not there and to call back. I did the first two times but on my third call I became frustrated after I asked “when will he be there” because I had called 2 different times and initially when I picked up my hat. They said the didn’t know and to call back. They said he has his own schedule and they didn’t know when he would be there. It’s pretty frustrating to keep calling and not receive any times or days to call and find out when he will be there. I’ve shopped many times there and honestly I don’t know if I will anymore. Very disappointed. Last time shopping here, I will gladly give my money to someone else.

Everytime we try to give you another opportunity to earn our business you have failed for the same reason. We walk into your store and no one greets us. We walk around looking at things and pass employees,no one speaks to us. We are standing with boots or shirts or belts in our hand ,looking for help . No one helps us. It is not that you do not have employees. They are all just "looking busy" busy avoiding work. Busy talking to each other. Even the managers. It is a theme in your store. We don't feel that it is just us ...there are all kinds of other customers not getting the basic customer service. In general you Alliance store is pathetic

I really enjoyed shopping at Boot barn, things were tidy and organized and clean, employees were around to help you with your question and needs , I do wish they would have either a shopping bag or cart so you don't have to carry your items around which could be heavy, overall an amazing shop with best Western items, I always buy from their website but was in Texas and decided to stop by in person and I'm so happy I did!

Was just in here to do a return and the cashier who is I’m guessing training a new young man was asking her questions and she is extremely rude not only to him but to us! Need to find better people with better customer service skills!!!!

Just bought new boots from here. Upon checkout, my cashier Brittany was very unkind and I just felt like she didn’t even want to be there. Was not polite/attentive whatsoever. She shoved my brand new $250 boots an a plastic bag after checkout. I asked if there was a box to put them in. She just shook her head at me. Didn’t even say anything. Her blonde associate behind her rudely muttered “everyone wants a box for their boots today” as I walked out. No “thank you, have a good” day, anything. I have always gotten a box with my boots in the past, so I just asked. It just felt weird spending that much and just shoving them into a plastic bag. Very disappointed with my visit today. I hope her bosses can have a talk with her about customer service.

This is 4th time I walked into Boot Barn at Alliance and have not been spoken to. This is the 4th time that I went to another boot store and bought boots. I wear boots every single day. So Boot Barn does not want my money I am tired of trying to give it to them.
